  • I require a valid credit card on file for any services booked. Any service canceled within 48 hours of your service time will incur a cancelation fee of 50% of your appointment total. This cannot be used toward a future service. Refusal will result in a booking ban for future appointments.

  • Mirrorball is a small private studio and therefore I cannot accommodate guests accompanying clients to appointments besides clients’ legal guardians. Mirrorball is unfortunately not equipped for young childrens’ safety.

  • Mirrorball does not offer service refunds under any circumstances, however we do guarantee services for one week after service completion. Reach out via e-mail, text, or Instagram DM within one week of your appointment and we are happy to make adjustments to your color and cut to ensure your satisfaction.

What exactly is a salon studio? (and why will I like it?)

A salon studio is a “mini” salon. In our 150 sq ft. space, we offer everything your average salon does - minus the crowds, noise, extensive staff. In a salon studio, it’s just you and your stylist. There’s no assistant taking over your service while your stylist starts another client, there’s no reception staff or coat check, the experience is very much intimate and personal. You still get all the same perks - such as music and TV/movies, refreshments, WiFi, etc.

Can I really work from home in the salon?

Yes! And a lot of my clients do! Gone are the days of spending a chunk of your valuable 48 hour weekend getting your hair done. With a quiet private space and amenities, you can work on your PC while getting your hair done. Reliable WiFi, a table set up next to the styling chair, and complimentary refreshments make this a great option to optimize your time and give you a change of scenery from your WFH set-up. Clients who take advantage of this really love it, leaving their weekends open for more leisurely activities and getting paid to get beautified. I won’t tell your boss.

What kind of payment do you accept?

Mirrorball accepts cash and all major credit/debit cards, however I do suggest paying in cash as our credit card processor will tack a 3.2% convenience fee onto your total cost of service.

For religious reasons, I need privacy at my hair appointments. Can you accommodate me?

Yes! At Mirrorball I am proud to accommodate Hijabi clients and clients who prefer a private experience for any reason. Just let me know at your appointment and I will close the curtains to ensure complete and total privacy.

Is your facility accessible?

This is a wheelchair accessible salon studio! Please let us know in advance if you will be needing these accommodations so I can configure the space accordingly.
